In 1994, Gena Lee Nolin answered an ad in the newspaper for The Price is Right, and beat out thousands of others to win a spot as one of Bob Barker’s Beauties. The following year, Gena received a starring role as Neely Capshaw in the television series Baywatch. In 1998, she left Baywatch to star in her own TV show, Sheena, a syndicated action/adventure series based on the 1940s comic book Sheena: Queen Of The Jungle, which aired from 2000 to 2002. In 2004, she appeared in country music star Billy Currington’s music video “I Got A Feeling”, receiving a Country Music Television (CMT) Flame Worthy Award nomination for Best Celebrity Cameo.

Testing the waters of the reality TV genre, Gena competed in NBC’s Celebrity Fear Factor and made it to the finals of FOX’s Celebrity Spelling Bee. She also appeared in an episode of Gordon Ramsey’s series Hell’s Kitchen with longtime Eagles guitarist Don Felder and rocker Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. Gena was also asked to be a part of the Dancing with the Stars cast, but declined due to pregnancy.

Gena’s other television credits include hosting various shows on VH-1, E! Entertainment Television and the Lifetime Network, as well as several segments as the main correspondent on Extra and frequent guest appearances on Hollywood Squares. She has appeared on Oprah, The Tonight Show, The Late Show with David Letterman, Regis & Kelly, Conan O’Brien and many other talk shows.
Gena has appeared in men’s magazines such as Maxim, Stuff, Playboy and FHM. In 2001, she was listed as one of FHM’s sexiest women in the world. She has also appeared in national commercials for Coors, The Home Depot, Starburst and Hyundai, and has been a spokesperson for Sassoon Jeans, Clothestime, Maui & Sons, Levi’s and Swatch.
