Born in 1984 as the daughter of Kris Jenner and attorney Robert Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian emerged in the spotlight in the mid- to late 2000s, via stardom on the E! network's reality program Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The program depicted the day-to-day lives of the titular family, with the greatest attention paid to daughter Kim Kardashian and her attempts to smooth out a rocky and controversial public image.
