On Sunday, July 19, 2009, Rourke appeared on Alan Carr: Chatty Man, a British comedy chat show presented by comedian Alan Carr. The show is currently shown on Sunday nights on Channel 4 in the UK, and features interviews with celebrity guests, sketches, topical chat, audience participation and music. On Thursday, September 10, 2009, Rourke appeared on Loose Women, a British lunchtime television program thatwas first broadcast in 1999 on ITV. It consists of a panel of four women who interview celebrities and discuss topical issues, ranging from daily politics and current affairs, to celebrity gossip and sexism. The show is based on The View format from the American ABC network.
