On Wednesday, May 6th, 2009, Joe Frazier, on behalf of T-Mobile, took pictures with adoring fans and signed autographs for everyone in attendance at Liberty Place in Philadelphia. The T-Mobile TKO Challenge was designed to help the citizens of Philadelphia save money on their wireless bill by helping them find out if they could pay less for wireless service. T-Mobile challenged wireless customers to “climb into the ring” and go a round to learn how to save money on their wireless bill by using http://www.billshrink.com/, an independent 3rd party website. Smokin’ Joe arrived early and stayed late to accommodate the long line of fans that simply wanted an autograph and to have their pictures taken with the Olympic Gold medalist and World Heavyweight Champion.
